Kailis Bros Chef Series

At Kailis Bros Leederville, we supply some of Perth's most popular restaurants, bars, hotels and pubs. Our wholesale team work closely with the chefs around town to supply the very best seafood to their respective venues every day. Given our exclusive access to the Perth Fish Markets, we took the opportunity to take four chefs to the live auction market to see exactly where their fish comes from. Skye from Balthazar, Chase from The Standard, Sue from Shadow Wine Bar and Jed from Wildflower all joined us early one Wednesday morning to see their fish bid on at auction, before following it down to our market in Leederville to get prepared for delivery to their restaurants. The goal of this morning was to educate the chefs on the seafood supply chain, from the fish being caught to the final product being plated up in their kitchen.
